PARTNER WITH AN EXPERT
WHO UNDERSTANDS YOUR MINISTRY
A Note to Pastors
You can’t be everything to everyone. But you can connect hurting couples with someone who speaks both languages.
You already know the weight of this.
A couple pulls you aside after service. They’re struggling — really struggling — and you can see it. You pray with them, offer what wisdom you can, maybe meet with them a few times. But somewhere in the back of your mind, you know this is beyond what pastoral care alone can address.
The problem isn’t your commitment to them. It’s that what’s happening in their marriage requires a level of clinical specialization that isn’t in your job description — and shouldn’t be.
That’s where I come in.
I spent over 20 years as a Lead Pastor. I know your world. I know what it costs you to watch a marriage in your congregation come apart. I know the concern you carry about sending your people to a counselor who might undermine their faith, dismiss the covenant nature of marriage, or treat Scripture as irrelevant to the healing process.
I won’t do any of those things.
What I offer is a partnership. You provide the spiritual covering and community your congregation needs. I provide the specialized clinical work that helps couples break the Cycle pulling them apart — using an approach that takes their faith seriously and their marriage covenant as the foundation, not a footnote.
When you refer a couple to me, here’s what you can expect:
They’ll be seen by a counselor who understands the language of the church and the weight of covenant marriage
Their faith will be treated as a resource, not a variable to be managed
You’ll remain their pastor — I’m not here to replace that relationship
They’ll receive Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, one of the most research-supported approaches to marriage counseling available
I’d Love to Connect.
